Sedan Door

The Bode sedan door for Specialty Transit, Intercity and Shuttle Buses is a manual door system which, because of its simplistic design, is adaptable to any type of bus style in today’s market place.

Originally developed as a Tour Bus Door, the sedan door is ideally suited for wheel chair lift access Doors, motor home entrance doors, and above-the-floor baggage access doors.

The sedan doors are available as single and double panel systems, as well as built-in or pre-hung “plant-on” units. This door system can be adapted to the bus side wall configuration, flat or contoured.

The panel construction and the double sealing system assure a tight fit eliminating wind noise at high speeds. The Door Panels are constructed of an all welded aluminum extrusion frame. the panels can be flat or contoured to fit your individualized bus sidewall.

The panels can be constructed in accordance to your preferrence with rounded or squared corners for the windows. The windows can be clamp in, glue in or gasketed.
