Bode North America, Inc. a subsidiary of Gebr. Bode GmbH & Co. KG, Germany, has completed another major element in its long-term strategy to become a prominent Door Systems supplier to the North American Bus and Mass Transit markets.

For the past 50 years the name Bode has gained global recognition for Transit door systems. Bode North America, Inc. prides itself in its strong history and tradition of door systems to creatively serve a quality consciousness, highly specialized market. Bode North America, Inc. started production in 1981 at 660 John Dodd Road, Spartanburg, SC with a productive area of 25,000 square foot, was expanded in 1985 and today the offices and manufacturing are operated from a 50,000 square foot facility, with potential for further expansion.
